I absolutely loved my stay here at the hotel. From the moment I arrived, I felt like I was in a luxurious and beautiful home. The spacious room had a lovely view and made me feel pampered. The entire hotel exuded luxury and was overwhelmingly fancy. The staff went above and beyond to accommodate my dietary needs, providing gluten-free toast for breakfast. The pool was a calming and relaxing oasis where I could recharge in the afternoon. The hotel's location was perfect, with easy access to train stations and major attractions nearby. It made exploring this city a breeze.
Couldn't find any faults at all during my stay. Every aspect of the hotel, from cleanliness to staff service, exceeded my expectations.

The hotel staff, particularly Alvin, were incredibly friendly and knowledgeable about the city. The hotel's location is very convenient, being close to popular attractions such as SunTec Centre, Merlion, and Gardens by the Bay. We had an amazing stay at this hotel. The view from our room's balcony was breathtaking. The breakfast offered a wide variety of delicious food, including Muesli, and the staff went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. The location was perfect, with easy access to the famous Sands Sky Park, Gardens by the Bay, the Art Science Museum, and multiple shopping malls. The hotel facilities were top-notch, and the cleanliness of the room exceeded our expectations. The staff were friendly, helpful, and well-informed, making our check-in process smooth and enjoyable.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel. The location is fantastic, very close to many touristic objectives and just across the convention center. The cleanliness of the rooms was impeccable, and the hotel facilities were top-notch. Transportation is very convenient, as there is a metro station nearby and a mall within walking distance. The staff, especially Lydia and her wonderful team at The Meritus Club, provided exceptional service. The breakfast was delicious, and the staff at the breakfast area were young, cheerful, and put a lot of effort into serving the guests.

The location of this hotel was simply fantastic. It was within walking distance to the MRT station, making it easy to explore the city. Additionally, it was conveniently located in front of a shopping center, where I found plenty of restaurants and shops to enjoy. I was also able to walk to the DNA bridge and other attractions in New Zealand from this hotel. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable, and I was impressed with how well-maintained everything was. The hotel facilities were top-notch, especially the 4th floor reception and poolside bar. The staff, including the international staff from Korea, Taiwan, and Europe, provided excellent service and brought the standard to a whole new level.
