We loved the spacious room with a big balcony and separate shower area and toilet. The location was perfect, within walking distance of the nightlife areas in Tanjong Pagar, Outram, and Chinatown. The hotel staff was quick and responsive in resolving any issues we had with the electronic curtains. They were also accommodating in allowing us to bring guests to our room for a birthday celebration.

The staff at this hotel were incredibly friendly and helpful, going the extra mile to ensure my stay was enjoyable. They even greeted me by name upon arrival! The hotel facilities were top-notch, with a super soft bed, complimentary parking, and even automatic curtains. The location was ideal, near busy tourist areas and close to Tanjong Pagar MRT station. The cleanliness of the hotel was also commendable, with a nice-smelling hand soap and an abundance of powerpoints.

The hotel's cleanliness and spacious rooms were impressive. The bed was incredibly comfortable and the decor added a stylish and quirky touch. We also appreciated the complementary soft drinks, tea, and coffee that were restocked daily. The location of the hotel was fantastic, as it was near the Tanjong Pagar MRT station, Chinatown, and the center of historic tourist sites. The staff was very pleasant and made our stay enjoyable.

We loved the modern and edgy design of the hotel, with smartly furnished rooms that exuded luxury and a relaxing mood. The room was decent in size, with a nice decking area for the jacuzzi. The hotel facilities were superb, with in-room gadgets such as lights controls, radio streaming to the shower, and an iPod player. The Nespresso coffee machine was a nice touch. The location was perfect, being in the center of chinatown and just a short walk to some nice bars with happy hours and cheap restaurants.

The staff at this hotel provided the BEST customer service I have ever received. They were understanding, kind, and executed all my requests promptly and with tact. The room was spacious and clean, with enough towels for both shower and bathtub/jacuzzi. The location was also great, within walking distance to hipster cafes and busy tourist areas.
